When to submit a project

Booking dates for 2024

  • November 23rd at 12pm to book for January-March2025

To balance my health and work, I work by appointment only, available on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to my limited schedule the amount of projects I’m able to take on is limited. 

How to submit a project

I accept submissions on my website through a form, emails are fine for inquiring other information. My email is erinntheatattoos@gmail.com.

The form on this website will only be active during the booking date listed above, and will close at midnight on the above booking dates. I will begin answering emails that day through the weekend to schedule appointments.

I will send a confirmation email within 24 hours notifying you if I received your submission, if you don’t receive this email please send me a separate response to let me know. The process of scheduling people can take me 7-10 days, please be patient and check spam in case my response ends up there. Whenever reviewing submissions, I choose based on projects I feel I’m best suited for. Not all projects may be taken on, please know this shouldn’t be taken personally, I am just one gal here.

COSTS AND APPOINTMENT DETAILS

Deposits

If your project is chosen, I require a non-refundable deposit that must be paid upon scheduling. This will come off the cost of your tattoo, if scheduling multiple sessions this will come off the final session.

For smaller custom projects and flash I require a non-refundable $50 deposit,  for larger projects (half sleeves, sternums, back, thigh pieces) I require a non-refundable $100 deposit. The full amount of your deposit will go towards the cost of your tattoo. Changes to designs are always allowed, this is permanent and I want to be sure that you’re in love with your piece. If more than half of the elements in the design change or the entirety of the piece changes the appointment will need to be rescheduled. In the event that the design was completely changed, a new deposit will be required to put down due to the lack of a warning and to cover time spent creating the original piece. No designs will be sent prior to your appointment.

If for any reason you needed to reschedule your tattoo appointment, I just ask for a 24 hour notice (emergencies are understood). If the cancellation occurs within the 24 hours, or don’t show to your appointment, your deposit will be taken and another $50 will be required to set up another appointment. 

If you have not shown up to your appointment on time, a few minutes is understood due to work or traffic, any time past 15 minutes of our start time without notifying me will result in a cancellation of your appointment. 


Tattoo Cost

Depending on your piece I’ll either be able to quote you a flat rate for smaller designs, or an hourly price for larger/more involved designs. Minimum pricing is $120, My hourly rate is $150 an hour. 


All appointments require a valid government or state issued ID, you must be at least 18 years old to be tattooed. 

Designs

All designs are presented the day of your appointment, I do not send drawings ahead of time. If anything needs changed, we can make changes that day. If the idea was not communicated clearly or the design has changed without notice we will have to reschedule. 

Day of Tips

  • Please limit your alcohol intake the day before your appointment, as well as no alcohol or blood-thinning medications the day of your appointment. This will directly affect your body’s ability to be tattooed.

  • If you are currently taking any medications please notify me of them to be sure tattooing is recommended, as well as notifying your doctor of the procedure in case they recommend against it or you hav complications during healing.

  • Please eat a full meal before arriving at your appointment, you may bring a closed drink or small snack if you’d like. 

  • Guests are allowed but I ask that you bring only one. I only have space for one chair in addition to my station. If another guest is brought they’ll have to rotate in our waiting area.

  • I accept cash, card, and virtual wallet pay at my studio

  • Aftercare will be gone over after your appointment is complete.
